How many hours of prep time is needed before an event? 

​

At least 1 hour of prep time/ breakdown is needed to set up/ breakdown the digital/ video booth.

 

How much space is needed for 360 Photo Booth/ Selfie Photo Booth?

​

At least 10 feet x 10 feet of space is needed to safely operate the digital/ video booth. 

 

Will a power source be needed to operate the 360 Photo Booth/ Selfie Photo Booth?

​

Yes, an active power outlet must be within 5 feet of the booth. We also
offer generators or power banks for an additional fee.

 

What type of entrance is required to move equipment into the event space?

​

Entrances to the venue must be easily accessible with ramps and/ or elevators if event is on an upper floor.

 

Can the 360 Photo Booth/ Selfie Photo Booth be positioned on grass or any other unstable surface?

 

A flat surface must be provided to safely operate the digital/ video booth to ensure the safety of all guests.

 

Are refunds accepted?

 

All retainers (deposits) are non-refundable and must be paid to reserve the event date.

 

Weather related/ global pandemic reschedule options will be listed in the customer contract.

 

Booth attendants will only operate in a safe environment.

**What is included in the rental package?**
 

Each rental package includes the booth setup, props, unlimited photo
sessions, and digital access to all photos. Additional options can be
customized based on your needs.

 

How far in advance should I book?
 

We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance to ensure
availability, especially for peak seasons.

 

What types of events do you service?
 

We cater to a variety of events, including weddings, corporate functions,
birthday parties, and more.

 

What happens if the booth experiences technical issues?
 

Our team is trained to troubleshoot any technical issues on-site, ensuring
minimal disruption to your event.

 

How many guests can use the 360 booth at one time?
 

Typically, the booth can accommodate 2-4 guests at a time, depending on
the setup.


Do you offer additional services, such as a DJ or lighting?
 

Yes! We provide a range of services, including DJ services and lighting
packages, to create a complete event experience.

 

What is your cancellation policy?
 

Details about cancellations will be outlined in the contract. We recommend
reviewing this information to understand your options.
